Hi,

I am considering setting up an annual mountain biking competition.
Am looking for some feedback.

What makes an annual competition a success?
Location?
Prize money?
Etc..

Location is important for obvious reasons. However, I think if you are
going to start-up a relatively unknown competition, prize money would
definitely attract quality riders if its done correctly. Lets put it
this way, having a good incentive system is important to attract talent.
