sore ankles

what causes the ankles to hurt? Does it have anything to do with bike set
up? My ankles hurt when I first stand and then walk . I am thinking it may
be an incorrect bike adjustment.

Thought I was responding to "back pain" but I'll broach this too.
First, always try a concerted stretching program. Also, the sustained
yoga lunch followed but 50 to 100 toe raises have done wonders for me.
Be sure your seat height is correct and, did I mention, stretch. J
